Event Registration

IN CONSIDERATION of acceptance by Arthritis Foundation, Inc. (the “Organization”) of my registration to participate in the Classic Auto Show and Cruise In, and all related activities, including but not limited to activities on July 16, 17, 18, 2026 (collectively, the “Event”), I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Organization and its affiliates, divisions, assigns, successors in interest, agents, servants, employees, sponsors, volunteers, officers, trustees and directors, past and present, and each of them (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, including attorney fees, arising out of or in manner way related to my participation in the Event, including any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I understand that participation in the Event is completely my choice, and I choose to participate in the Event for my own personal benefit. I am fully aware of the risks involved with such participation, and I expressly, voluntarily and willingly ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISKS AND DANGERS associated with such participation, including, but not limited to, risk of injury (including permanent disability or death) or damage to my vehicle or other property arising out of my participation, howsoever caused; I accept personal responsibility for the damages following any such injury, permanent disability, death or property damage; and I hold the Released Parties harmless therefrom, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my health and safety and the health and safety of my guests. I hereby represent that my vehicle is properly licensed and in good operating condition, and that I am aware of no medical condition or other circumstance that would render my participation or operation of my vehicle in the Event hazardous.

I certify that the vehicle I will use in the Event is owned solely by me and is covered by at least the minimum bodily and property liability insurance required by the state or province in which it is registered.

I acknowledge that all registration fees and donations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I expressly waive any defense to enforcement of this Agreement arising from any claim of lack of consideration and understand that this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding waiver of my rights and shall be enforceable against me, my spouse, family, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate for all purposes.

I hereby grant the Arthritis Foundation specific permission to reproduce, publish, circulate, copyright, or otherwise use any and all photographs and/or videotape of me and/or my family, taken at the Event for use by the Arthritis Foundation. I understand that this waiver has important legal consequences and limits my ability to recover money if I am injured as a result of my participation in this event. I have been given the opportunity to discuss its terms and consequences with an attorney of my choosing if I wish to do so.
