We value your business and we understand there may be a time when you might request a refund due to unforseen circumstances. Due to the nature of this service there are a few conditions which must be met before we can issue a refund:
If you paid for an event registration directly through the event or any other third party, you must contact the event administrator or your original point of purchase. Car Show Pro cannot issue refunds for purchases made outside the Car Show Pro website.
Basically, if you didn't give us your money, we can't give it back.
If you wish to request a refund, please submit a written request including your contact information, date of purchase, the name of the event you registered for and a reason for your request. You may use our Contact Us form or submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note: we cannot process refund requests via telephone.
Unfortunately we cannot process refund requests within 24 hours of the event start date and time. All refund requests must be received prior to 24 hours before the event start date and time.
We promise to honour every valid refund request as quickly and easily as possible. If there are any questions regarding your refund, we will contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible.
Updates to the Car Show Pro Refund Policy may occur from time to time and we encourage you to stay informed by re-visiting this page on occasion.
