We value your business and we understand there may be a time when you might request a refund due to unforseen circumstances.
Car Show Pro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider. Each car show sets its own refund policy, and is responsible for dealing with refund requests.
- Every car show has their own refund policy
- If you were charged multiple times for a ticket sale in error
- Car Show Pro reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time
If you paid for a ticket sale for an event and are looking for a refund, you must contact the event administrator. Each car show is responsible for their own refund policy, and some shows may not offer refunds.
Car Show Pro will not process refunds for event ticket sales.
Contact Car Show Pro @ 1-844-855-4277 to request a full refund for any duplicate charges. Please have your full name, email address and phone number handy for processing.
