Event Registration

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Delaware Charity Car Show, Performance CDJR Delaware, IMPACT60, and their affiliates, divisions, assigns, successors in interest, agents, servants, employees, volunteers, officers, trustees, and directors, past and present, and each of them (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any manner related to my participation in the Delaware Charity Car Show, including any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained by me or my personal property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I understand that participation is completely my choice, and I choose to participate for my own personal benefit. I am fully aware of the risks involved with participation, and I expressly, voluntarily and willingly ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISKS AND DANGERS associated with such participation, including but not limited to risk of bodily injury (including permanent disability or death) or property damage arising out of my participation, however caused. I accept personal responsibility for any damages arising from such injury or property damage and agree to hold the Released Parties harmless.

Any reckless or dangerous acts or behavior that place undue risk on others, myself, or negatively impact the event or organization may result in immediate removal from the event and potential prohibition from future events organized by the Delaware Charity Car Show, Performance CDJR Delaware, IMPACT60, and their affiliates.

I expressly waive any defense to enforcement of this Agreement arising from any claim of lack of consideration and understand that this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid, and binding waiver of my rights and shall be enforceable against me, my spouse, family, heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and estate for all purposes.

I understand that I and my vehicle(s) may be photographed or filmed during the event and agree to allow the Delaware Charity Car Show, Performance CDJR Delaware, IMPACT60, and their affiliates to use any photographs, video, or likeness of me or my vehicle(s)/motorcycle(s) for any legitimate purpose, including publication, promotion, and program inclusion, now and in the future, without compensation.

I have carefully read this Agreement, and my registration acknowledges that I fully understand its content and meaning.
