Event Registration

Waiver of Liability – In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate; entrants, participants and their guests by execution of this form, release and discharge
Pontiacs of Central California, the Pontiac/Oakland Club International, the Northern and Southern California chapters of the Oldsmobile Club of America, the City of Clovis, and
anyone else that may be involved with the Central Valley Classic Car Show from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and or claims for any cause
whatsoever that may arise from, or be suffered by and entrant or entrant’s guest to his/her person or property during participation in this event. Further, each entrant expressly
agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned by or resulting from the conduct or entrants or any
participants assisting or cooperating with entrant and under the direct control of the event.
