Vehicle Entry & Appearance Release Waiver

​1. Liability Waiver and Release
​By entering this event, I (the "Participant") hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Great Plains VW Show organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and the venue owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in this event.
​I understand that participating in a car show involves certain inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may be sustained by me or my vehicle as a result of my participation.
​2. Media and Likeness Release
​I hereby grant the Great Plains VW Show and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, video, and audio recordings of me, my vehicle, and my likeness taken during the event.
​This grant includes the right to use such media for:
​Editorial, trade, advertising, and promotional purposes.
​Social media, websites, and future event marketing.
​Modification or retouching without my prior approval.
​I understand that these images and recordings may be used in any medium or format, and I waive any right to royalties, compensation, or other remuneration for such use.
​3. Vehicle Safety and Conduct
​I certify that my vehicle is properly insured and that I will operate it in a safe and professional manner at all times. I agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff and understand that reckless behavior may result in immediate removal from the show without a refund.
