The Bull Run Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America is proud to present the 48th Edgar Rohr Memorial Car Meet, a family-friendly charity car show benefitting our military veterans and their families. $5.00 from each entry fee goes directly to Fisher House in conjunction with our partner, Cruisin For Heroes. All collector vehicles, including street rods, modified, and trucks are invited. The entry fee is $25.00 (plus $3.59 fee) per car for pre-registration and $30.00 (plus $2.00 fee) on the day of the show. Trophies will be awarded, including the Top 25 selected by registered show participants, 16 Best of Class/Show judged categories, and 4 special awards. The show runs from 8 am to 3 pm (registration closes at 11 am) with the presentation of colors by the Boy Scouts Troop 670 at 11 am followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and the Star Spangled Banner presented by Liana Cruz, a Patriot High School tenth grader. The show is located at the Manasseh Masonic Lodge 182 at 9810 Cockrell Road, less than one mile from downtown Manassas. The show field is almost five acres of hard-packed grass with approximately 25-30 paved spots which are available on a first-come basis. Our friends from the Freedom Museum will be in attendance with their B25 bomber fuselage display. In addition, the Manassas Volunteer Fire Company and Greater Manassas Volunteer Rescue Squad will be on-site handing out plastic fire helmets to the kids. The Model T Ford Club will have their popular Model T Ford disassembly and reassembly demonstration and If you haven't seen this before, you are in for a treat. Last year we had close to 150 cars in attendance and we're hoping to see more this year.
Free trailer parking is available at Manassas American Legion, 9950 Cockrell Road (1/8 mile from the show field) On-site food and beverage sales will be provided by the Masons including hot dogs, mac and cheese, chips, water, and soda. The show goes off rain or shine.
