The American Automobile Association (AAA) will celebrate the exciting history of America's Mother Road - Route 66 - in Tulsa once again with an Indoor Car Show for 2025.
The Road Fest will offer a dazzling display of varied interests to attract people worldwide. This will include a decade-by-decade journey through time that will start with the roaring 20's (the decade the route opened), an exciting presentation of the Future of Mobility, and many unique and themed activities all related to the automobile and Route 66.
When/Where: June 21 & 22, 2025 -- Inside the SageNet Center at Expo Square Tulsa, Okla.
Car Show Times:
Saturday: June 21: 10:00 am -- 7:00 pm
Sunday: June 22: 11:00 am -- 6:00 pm
Note: Award ceremony is at 6pm on Sunday and all cars must exit the facility upon completion of the ceremony and notification.
Note: The car club with the most registered cars will be awarded $200 and $100 for the club with the second most registered cars.
Car Check-in Time:
Friday: June 20: 9:00 am - 9:00pm
Note: All cars must be parked inside by 9pm, June 20, no exceptions.
Car Show Details:
The Car Show Registration fee is per car and includes two (2) event passes to the Car Show and Road Fest Displays and Exhibits.
There will be judging of vehicles per each thirty (30) classes with three (3) Best in Class awards per class and a Best of Show award.
Vehicles will be judged on workmanship, cleanliness and condition of the vehicle and not on authenticity.
All entries will be able to participate in a photo opportunity with a AAA Route 66 Road Fest backdrop upon check-in.
A Route 66 Road Fest dash plaque will be provided to each car entry.
Note: All sales are final--No Refunds.
Note: Judges have the right to change the class of a Vehicle if its isn't in the correct classification.
Note: Fire Department rules: Gas tanks 1/4 full, gas lids locked or taped, and battery cable unhooked.
