Don't miss the 28th annual Spring Picnic hosted by Orange Empire Speedometer. The campout starts Thursday, April 30th at 12 noon. (Not one minute earlier) All aircooled VWs are welcome to camp and enjoy the lush scenery and good times with other like-minded Volkswagen individuals.
We will once again have live music for your listening enjoyment on Saturday night and perhaps Friday also. There will be some food trucks and of course you can BBQ at your campsite. There will also be a lantern walk in memory of some VW friends that we have lost over the last year.
YES- We will have space for Vanagons. Tent camping is permitted but aside from a few vendor spaces, there will be ONLY AIRCOOLED VWs in the show area. Sorry... NO EXCEPTIONS.
YES- The Mardi Gras section will be in full effect. What will our Mayor and his team have in store this year??? I guess you better come find out for yourself....
The main event starts Sunday morning at 7am. If you are not the "camping-type" come out Sunday Morning (May 3rd) and park on the grass and enjoy a great day of fun and memories. We will have a HUGE RAFFLE, SLOW-DRAGS, and FUN, FUN, FUN!

--If you arrive Thursday April 13th after 12 noon, admission will be $100 for the vehicle and driver. Passengers over 14 years old are $20 each.
--If you arrive Friday May 1st, admission will be $75 for the vehicle and driver. Passengers over 14 are $20 each.
--If you arrive Saturday May 2nd, admission will be $50 for the vehicle and driver. Passengers over 14 years old are $20 each.
--If you are only coming Sunday for the show, admission is $20 per person.
--Vendor/ swap spaces are available. There is no additional charge if swapping from an aircooled VW. If you are swapping from a non-aircooled VW there will be an additional charge of $75 once you enter the park and arrive at the show area.
